Caramel Whole-Wheat Mini Burger Buns 🍔🍵

Am delighted to be back today to share with you this recipe from a whole wheat 🌾. Delicious soft buns made with whole wheat flour with lots of creamy milk 🥛 that made it taste really good. The idea for this recipe is to make readily a buns that we can easily use for burgers, especially for vegetable 🥗 stuffing.

Buns are usually made from a dough of all purpose flour but I stumbled into this fine whole wheat flour product while shopping 🛍 sometimes last week and decided to tty it out today with this simple straightforward recipe. This buns is entirely made with wheat flour. And I feel so happy introducing it into my roaster and recipe because I know its healthy for all of us

This is a yummy recipe for a light wheat buns that we can make as homemade buns to go with tea,coffee, that stuffed burgers or sandwiches 🍔 which is a healthier option every other week . Although this recipe came in small mini sizes, we can increase the size as it suits us while molding the dough.

Below I show you the step by step process of this healthy buns for tea 🍵 coffee ☕️ or stuffed burgers 🍔.

INGREDIENTS

300?g of whole wheat flour 🌾
50 g of non dairy powdered milk
1/2 glass of warm water
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
31/2 tablespoons of premium sugar
20 g of vegetable oil

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.


The first thing to do here is to dissolve the powdered milk into the 1/2 glass of warm water.

And keep readily.

Step 2,

Then measure out the needed wheat flour here above.

And pour it into a bowl 🥣 here above

.Step 3.

To mix the wheat dough, I will add all dry ingredients, the salt, the baking powder and the sugar into the flour

Then stir them into the flour here above

Step 4.


Next will add the creamy milk gradually, mixing into the flour .

As here above.

Step 5.

And will add the vegetable oil here above,

incorporating with the tips of my fingers

And Into a fine kneaded dough above.

Step 6.


Once the dough is finely knead and ready, I will cut it into two equal part before into slashes

And mold the slash into mini balls 🏀, readily for baking.

Step 7.

Will bake for a total of 25 minutes , including caramelizing the top with coatings.

As readily here above.

However, to obtain this golden color bake, I have coated the top of the buns by mixing some sugar, powdered milk and vegetable oil for a caramel look which made it appealing and appetizing .

Whole Wheat buns taste so delicious 🤤 and very healthy. This recipe has really shown me how good it is to incorporate more wheat recipes in my baking. And I recommend this buns for your tea 🍵 and coffee ☕️ . You can as well make it readily for burgers 🍔 and sandwiches 🥪 increasing the size a bit. I know children will love this too.
