Being Famous, A Gain Or Loss?
Hope we are all enjoying the weekend community π₯°π.
A quiet and cool breezy lifestyle will be my answer if am ever asked a question like : Will I love to be a famous person in life? Honestly speaking, I will want to be rich π€, enough of riches that will make me live life to the fullest, traveling round the world πwith family and enjoying anything money π° can buy, but not that stinking richness that will make me want to become known by everyone because being famous comes with some kind of price tags π·
Am the kind of person who does not like showing off with what I have because living a simple lifestyle is the only way we can achieve a graceful life and not that lifestyle that makes people exhibit pomposity, nonchalant and dominating. Not that loud lifestyle that can cost π² us our happiness, joy π€© and peace of mind because fame comes with show off which when we are not in the spotlight light again, can lead to depression through anxiety π of not making it through to the end.
Although some fame comes with careers, promotion from work, achievements through some kind of hard work, which totally make those who became famous through this avenue different from others who wants to be known by all means, and can even want to buy fame with money. I know of many people who once they become rich π€, they became so popular, spending money careless so that they will get the public attention. These kinds of famousness might not last for a longer period of time because people are always clocking those in this group who goes down and disappear immediately they become broke.
But when we are talking about genuine famousness, we should be talking about movie π₯ actors, musicians πΆπ€, footballers and athletes, philanthropist, inventors, developers, scientists and those in the Tech World π who are doing unimaginable things. These set of people became famous through hard work and will not disappear easily in the sight of the people. This is the gain of becoming famous genuinely because theirs came naturally.
Despite not wanting to be famous or being in the spotlight, we all have one or two celebrities we love and will never criticize because of the kind of people they are or how they worked so hard to be where they are and became so influential. And because influential comes with respect, recognition, it also comes with envy because many will like you while others will heat you.
In other words, becoming famous is not bad but thatβs not for me because when we see ourselves at the top, we aspire even more which closes some doors like peace of mind, leaving with protection of security to avoid those that might want to harm us. This is where the loss comes into play. In all, the social media has shown us what means people are taking, striving through tooth and nail to become famous since its one means to get rich. And many changes into different humans once they became famous.

When you are famous, your privacy at times becomes publicly, I don't want to be famous either
