Weekends has always been days for resting and I do get excited once Friday is by the conner especially on weeks that work seemed tedious, knowing Saturday and Sunday will be days to relax while eating something delicious to rejuvenate. Haha 😆

But sometimes other activities we are involved in life apart from the office work or business we go to comes in between our schedules for the weekend, taking away that rest we desire so much just like yesterday’s beautification and decorations work my department group in my church ⛪️ slated for everyone to participate in to set up a hall for a Birthday Celebration occasion for the Church Senate President’s wife.

Actually, in my church, The Citadel Global Community Church (CGCC) , every member belongs to a group as the church is a very big church, and according to your desire, you will get to choose your department ranging from Engineering Department, Beautification Department , Guests Relations, Prayer And Counseling, Family Friendly Ministry, New Dawn Choir , Prison Department and more.

This procedure helps members to know themselves, relating properly with one another and know how to be your brothers keeper in times of need at all times. And as a Realtor who deals with property jobs, I decided to join Beautification Department for the love ❤️ of Interior Decoration and the beauty in Architecture Design.

So this Saturday we came out together through the call of our HOD to gather, decorate and beautify a mapped out Hall for the Birthday 🥳🎉celebrant who will be adding another year to her years. Her choice of colors are Purple 💜, Gold 🤎, Pink 💖and White 🤍. These four (4) colors coming together definitely will put lots of smiles on someone’s face. And not just only for the celebrant 🎉🥳, but for all her guests for this occasion.

I love ❤️ to participate in activities like this because its all about humanity. When we go out of the way to do things for others, it practically shows how “No Man Is An Island) We all needs each other to move one step ahead in life. We need to be there for that friend who needs our help, that family member, we need to be there for our husband, our wife , the children, as life is so hard without people around us.

However, we must learn and accept how sometimes what we want for ourselves will not work out because we need to be somewhere to help other people out. So denying myself some rest yesterday to participate in this group decoration and beautification was something I was happy 😆 about, because at the end, I know I have left something beautiful among others to be admired.
