RE: Panic Attacks are no Joke!

I feel for you. It is no joke when an attack comes on so quickly. If you are having dreams that bring on the attacks like you had in the cave, your mind is still trying to process how to handle the fear that you felt. I sure hope you don't have to experience that terrible feeling ever again.
