Monochrome walk in the forrest

Last Thursday i went for a walk with my wife in a forrest near by .

I've posted some photos already of that walk in color , and today i post some in #monochrome with extra contrast .

These images might look like photos that i post before , simply because i take multiple shots of same subjects , that way i won't post the same photo twice.

I used Darktable to convert these to monochrome and added extra contrast .

Darktable is an open source photography workflow application and raw developer. A virtual lighttable and darkroom for photographers.
you can download it for free from : https://www.darktable.org

The photos are all created with the Sony a7IV camera and the Laowa 15mm F4.5 1:2 Macro lens + my godox V1s flashunit .

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge by @monochromes

1 )dark clouds over the heath field

2 ) Russula xerampelina between beech leaves

3 ) Trametes versicolor

4 ) Calocera viscosa / coral jelly fungus / yellow stagshorn

5 ) no it's not a hardfork

6 ) growing out of a tree trunk

7 ) growing on the sandy ground

8 ) Cladonia chlorophaea on a dead tree trunk

9 ) one branch on a young berch tree with still three leaves left on it

10 )pine trees and dark clouds

11 ) Young pine tree and an old one as a silhouette in the background against the dark clouds.

12 ) In the middle of a heath field growing between the moss on sandy ground.

13 ) We managed to stay dry , against all ods from those dark clouds.

That is all for today, have a great weekend !!

I love that damp forest atmosphere, which is enough for the fungi to really start growing. Favourite time of the year.

i still prefer spring over this when all the bulbs start flowering and nature kind of awakes from the winter.

It's fantastic how each of these photos comes to life with their contrasts, embracing us on the journey you take through your camera lens.
Bravo!
