Effective leadership is about people.

The role of leader is full of responsibility and accountability. I learned this lesson while managing my team at the workplace. Being the leader, I was the frontal face of my team to the management. I was solely responsible to carry out the task through our team member. A Leader and not their team members, should ultimately be held accountable for a team's failures, as it is a leader's responsibility to provide proper training, set clear direction, and ensure the team with the necessary resources and support needed to succeed. Blaming team members is a sign of poor leadership. At the same time a leader should ensure that no one of the team member were attacked for underperformance by the management or other team. An effective leaders take responsibility for the outcomes of their team. The same theory applies in the political arena.

The question of citizen responsibility for the government's actions is complex in philosophy, with various viewpoints. While the international legal framework protects civilians from being intentionally punished for the actions of their leaders, the practical and ethical dimensions of responsibility and suffering remain subjects of ongoing debate. In a democratic country, where citizens elect their leaders, some arguments suggest citizens bear a degree of responsibility for their government's actions through their participation in the political process i.e. voting process. If citizens fail to protest or resist unjust actions, some argue they implicitly share a degree of moral accountability. Regardless of the political system, citizens often suffer the consequences of leaders' decisions in reality, such as from economic sanctions or war, even if they are not morally or legally responsible for those decisions.

Stand for something, or fall for anything

We often see, that people start pinpointing and raising fingers on citizen and their celebrities member for any kind of attacks or war. We saw them in war torn Ukraine or the attack on Gaza. Not only the citizen but some of the worlds celebrity were asked for their viewpoint. The question of whether it is fair for citizens and celebrities to face backlash during a war is a complex ethical issue with no simple answer. However, many celebrities were the easy targets during the time of conflict because they have massive presence over social media and can significantly influence public opinion and social movements against the war atrocities and crime. Some argue that with great influence comes a moral obligation to speak up about humanitarian crises, and that the silence from the celebrities can be interpreted as indifference. In this view, public pressure (backlash) is a means of holding them accountable. Backlash can often stem from frustrations, where people redirect their anger towards visible, proximal individuals of the nation. These celebrity figure were often seen with the political parties and in their rally and reaching them is easy than putting direct pressure on the government.

In a free society, individuals, including celebrities and citizens, should have the right to express their opinions about the war. But like other they remain silent. The fairness of the backlash is viewed differently depending on one's perspective on individual responsibility versus the right to free expression and neutrality during times of conflict.

In good faith - Peace!!

Although I took management classes at university, having people report to me is something that is still kind of foreign to me. I honestly don't think I am great at it, but I am continuing to learn every day.
