Shortcut to health
If you ask me, the biggest life hack is to get some matts, some adjustable dumbbells, and a bench
Then, first thing you do when you wake up is lift
I can already hear all the fitness gurus going crazy
"oh you shouldn't lift first thing"
"oh you need to eat something first"
baloney
no, don't eat baloney
I am saying forget about what they say
When you lift everyday you will be getting stronger and stronger
You aren't lifting your life away so don't worry about overtraining
more people are under training than over training
and the best thing is, when you workout first thing in the morning, its done, you did it, good job! you already worked out and the day just started
I have a funny workout routine
not really a routine, more of a feel
If I feel like I want to lift heavy I will load up heavy
If not I will lift lighter for more reps
sometimes Ill do push pull legs
but sometimes I will do a fully body workout 1 set per exercise but workout the whole body
that's what I did today
dumbbell press
chest fly
back row
shoulder press
shoulder flies
bicep curls
bicep workout called 7-7-7
tricep hammer
tricep press
squats
crunches
I have a lot of other stuff I throw in there and mix and match
Then I will have my shake made for me, or go out for a latte or salmon and cream cheese bagel
Try it, its so worth it, don't need to worry about the gym when you have it right there at home
