Hello everyone, I trust that you are doing very well.
Hive is a very rewarding place for people who are ready to work and also for people who have the passion to write.
To the newbies, I want to say that the Hive Blockchain is not just the platform to earn on, but you will learn and grow too. It takes people with patience to learn.
I would want to list out some of the things that are very important:
Passion
This is the first thing you need as a Hivian because there will be a time that you have to work very hard, and there are times that you will not get what you expect, depending on how the market is at that particular time.
Consistency
Another important thing is being consistent. Staying very disciplined and showing up every time is one that will help grow on the Hive Blockchain. Consistency is key; without this, one may not be able to achieve what he or she wants to achieve on this platform.
Researching
It is very important that as a hivian, you research and read widely so that you will not be lacking in the information you will be asked to give. The Hive Blockchain will make you read widely so as to complete their tasks. Each community has what they want you to write, and as such, you need to be researching so that you will know what to write.
Ask Questions
When I joined the Hive blockchain, my cousin was there telling me how to do one thing or the other; I would always ask him questions. I was always on his neck, and thank God he was always there to answer any question I asked him. And also the newbies who are under my supervision are always asking questions when they do not understand what to do at a point.
Engagement
Make sure that you read and comment on people's content, as this will help your visibility and also help you learn how to write too. Also make sure that you go to communities so as to know their task for the week.
