First Time I Withdrew My HBD
Hello everyone, I hope that you are doing very well.
Earning is a great feeling to have, and it makes me feel responsible. Before I started writing on the Hive blockchain, I was living a dependent life, where I had to wait for Mum and Dad to come and rescue me.
At one point I wanted to be financially free; I wanted to do my things on my own, but the capacity was not there.
Then I met my cousin, who introduced me to the Hive blockchain; he took me through it and saw to it that my dream of becoming financially independent came to pass.
I met my first post, and I earned a huge amount of money from it. I did not believe that the Hive blockchain could be this true, so I did not pay attention to the rewards. Of course I love writing, so I kept writing without withdrawing any of the money. I knew that I was earning; I didn't touch the money.
I remember that my siblings were so curious, so one day I told them that I should just withdraw the money so that they could believe that the Hive Blockchain was not a scam, so I withdrew all the HBDs I had at that time in my wallet, and the amount was huge. First of all, I was just smiling all through that day, and I really spent a lot of money that period. I first of all got gifts for my mum, dad and siblings. Everyone was just excited, and they actually encouraged me to write more.
I got my first pocket money when I wanted to leave to board in a school. Before then, Mum was always the one with my money, so as I wanted to leave for school, she gave all the money I was gifted to me. Wow! I was so excited; I felt so mature.
But before the middle of the term, I actually finished the money, and then when I called home for some stipend, Mum was actually angry that I did not know how to spend money, so when she came for the next visiting day, she gave the money that was supposed to be given to me to the female mistress.
It was not sitting well with me, but I did not have any choice.
Earning is the best because I have been able to learn how to manage my funds and also become hardworking.
