I know of one account for a fact that has a quarter mil + an ongoing delegation to leo.voter who told me they lost their keys a few years ago
hmmmm.... don't know if it is good to keep sinking LEO into that account with leo.voter
easily solved if Hive would implement the delegation time out (just like witnesses)
I bet there is others.
