Silvertop’s iPhone dinged, it was a text from half a World away, in Hungary …… it was our son Bill!🥰
“Dad, how is Phoenix doing!”😊
You know what they say about Grandparents, watching Grandchildren……this also applies to “Grand-dog’s” as well Lol!😇

“Phoenix is eating like a pig Bill, and she’s hiking everyday with Grandpa!☺️ Right now she’s enjoying some time with Grandma out on the garden swing!”🥰

“Don’t hike her too hard Dad, she’s getting up in years!”😮

“Don’t feed her too much, she will put on weight!”
Yep………..☺️
“Remember to only feed her 3/4 of a cup of kibble morning and evening, mixed along 1/2 of a pineapple, bacon, and chicken sausage!”😊

“Liz…… our son is a ” helicopter doggy dad” Lol!”🤣
“Silvertop I think Phoenix has put on a little weight, and it looks like it’s all muscle! Didn’t Bill originally tell us to feed Phoenix 1 1/2 cups of kibble, not 3/4 cup, morning, and evening?”🥰
“Liz, she’s a lot more active when she visits with us! She’s a lean, mean, hiking machine Lol! Keep feeding her 1 1/2 cup, along with her “gourmet” sausages……..and I’ll take some of those sausages for dinner as well Lol!”😇
There is some truth to getting outside and “Touching grass” my friends!
Getting outside is good for both man and beast!☺️
All it takes is me putting on my shoes, and Phoenix is dancing in circles, excited to go outside!🤗
If we drive to town….. when we pull back in our driveway, Phoenix has to sniff every inch of Liz’s car………on the outside Lol!🤣
“Where have you been Grandma and Grandpa?”😊

This is the only dog I have ever seen that “Smiles” as well!☺️
Just take a look at the second to last photo Lol!😇
Then…….as quickly as Phoenix is excited to go outside……. She’s out like a light!☺️
Sweet dreams little girl, tomorrow is another fun day with Grandma and Grandpa!😍
