“Silvertop there is a 5% chance of rain tomorrow at Noon, nothing else is in the forecast!”😇
“ I don’t know Liz, those clouds look pretty ominous!”🙄
“That’s the Fraser River Valley Silvertop, the Canadians are sending us there rain Lol!”🤣
I certainly hope our friend @kerrislravenhill from just across the 49th parallel in Beautiful British Columbia, is staying dry!😅
As dark as these clouds look, there isn’t supposed to be any measurable chance of rain! In fact the rain total for today, and tomorrow is showing less than 0.05 inches for each day!😇
It has been a while since Liz and I hiked to the ridge top of last year’s logging clear cut, so we headed out to explore!😊
The ground cover is coming back, in fact it is now taller than the baby Douglas Fir trees, that the loggers replanted!
The charred tree stumps are still a stark reminder of the logging, and the massive bonfires of left over scrap wood that followed……………😮
The last three panoramic photo’s, starting at Abbotsford BC to the North, and panning South, show how intense the clouds were today, and also how green the valley is far below!😊
Not one drop of rain fell, as we explored the Ridge top………
“Silvertop you brought your raincoat just in case the weather turned out wet didn’t you?”🥰
“But of course Liz, that’s why it didn’t rain at all today Lol!”🤣
“I like the Weather cooler, like today Silvertop!”🥰
“Stand by honey, the heat is back on for the upcoming fourth of July weekend!
The Weather is constantly changing in the Pacific Northwest my friends!😎🥵
That’s why Silvertop stacks firewood, and the next day runs the A/C Lol!😇
