With Tax season approaching, and Trad-fi, Precious Metals, and Crypto all down, I guess we should be thankful we don’t have “Unrealized Capital Gains”………YET!🙄
The Netherlands is proposing a very controversial change to the “Box 3 Wealth Tax System”!😮
If passed, Tax’s on investments would be calculated from the beginning of the year to the end of the year on Stocks, Crypto, Etc…….. all “Paper” gains, even if you don’t sell anything,….count!😳
It is scheduled to carry a 36% Tax, and go into effect January first 2028.
Not to worry today my friends, EVERYTHING is down, no unrealized Gains here, nothing to see Lol!☺️

We had maybeeeeee 3 weeks of actual winter so far... It's absurd.
Less than that here..... we had one day where we had a dusting... yesterday it was 54°!!😎
Unfortunately the mosquitoes are already out!!!😳
They have been out all "winter" here... We do have the creek as our north property line which is year round and with it so warm the little bastards have been active the whole time.

Well, winter is often like this, but it's going all-in with it this year! It rains throughout the year, but it does tend to rain a fair bit more in winter. Summers tend to be drier, and with more sun. 😁🙏💚✨🤙
Most times summers in the Pacific Northwest are sunny with a very little rain..... often often wonder how the trees survive!🙄
