That’s one of the reasons I hike, to stay healthy to be able to see my Loved ones for a long, long time!🥰
Whether it’s Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall, you will see people outside biking, hiking, or simply walking!

I was shocked to hear that the world just lost a couple of well known celebrities!😮
Hulk Hogan, only 71 years old apparently died of a heart attack today!
Several days ago, a rock legend from the 70s Ozzy Osbourne apparently succumbed to Parkinson’s……………….
Silvertop being a guitarist, has run through several genres of music in life……
Starting from my hard rock days of Ozzy Osbourne, the front man of the band Black Sabbath. Later Country music struck a chord!😇 Then in the early 2000’s Liz and I became Worship Leaders leading our band “Higher Ground” in Church every Sunday!😊
I can still hear Ozzy singing “Crazy Train”😇
Time marches on my friends, how about going for that walk today………….
