Hive is not just about money, although some think so. Also, there are so many, many more little accounts that use Hive as their daily go-to for cash, and therefore do not invest/stake their Hive.
In my little way, I put time and effort into maintaining what I started and build on it in, thus contributing to the blockchain. It is a good social media platform.

I get that people have bills to pay, but I don't understand why you wouldn't stake at least a little bit. Long term you are going to end up being far better off as your stake grows.
