How many of us have been asked would you like to swop?

It can be as simple as a window seat for an aisle seat or a connecting seat so that the partners can be seated together on a train or bus. Generally I believe most of us would out of goodwill and kindness gesture simply would agree without much thought.

But in the workplace, this would be a little tricky, especially if it comes from the bosses and leader. Usually this would not be something good, it could be their fave kid in the workplace is not doing a certain task well and the boss's KPI are at risk and you are swop in to do fire fighting or simply to carry the team to the team. And often the question of would you like to swop would not be posted to you in a question but as an instruction.
