Good morning all, doing my 5 minutes free writing with prompt - What an Embarrassment. Hope you enjoy the story.

Today must have been the worst day of Charles life. As the Sergeant Major of his uniform group, today he proudly stands on the top step of the podium to lead the school in the morning assembly, singing of the national athem and reciting of our pledge to the nation.

But to the astonishment of everyone, mid way through the pledge, Charles got it all wrong when he should not as this is something the whole school does everyday. And we should have it at muscle memory.

In the end, the whole school has to do the whole segment once again and the discipline master summon Charles to his office after that.

Truely, what an embarrassment that have been.
