Proclaim that technology Company R is using as our copyright and get our legal team to start reviewing all the documents and decide if we are able to take the case to court. Royce shouted angry as he slams the market intelligence report he was reading on the table.

To make a proclamation is a serious thing, Royce thinking as he fumes about the news that Company R has seemingly took a step ahead of his company to release their new eyewear technology that were extremely similar to the company Royce has been leading his R&D team on for the past 1 year and successfully proclaim the technology as theirs. Luckily for Royce, as it was quite a breakthrough that the team has discovered after countless repeated failure. They have decided to apply for trade secret with the authorities once they have finalized all the documentation before proceeding ahead with the launch thus company R has the launch timing advantage.

Therefore to proclaim something as ours, one has to be confidently assure the public and all stakeholders involved that what is being declared and announced is true and the whole truth is not withheld.
