Perfect Person? It will only be the most ideal human everyone desire, realistically we would not be the one or to meet the one.

Why? You might ask, it is because everything that we own,see,use all have 2 sides, the pro and the con. An advantage in 1 situation will have it's corresponding disadvantage.

The concept of perfect person at the best interpretation would be situation based, one might be the perfect position at this current time and system, but as times evolve and changes make it way into our life with time. Will that perfect person then still be the perfect person today. Not forgetting we learn, we change for better or for worse.

If we really have a perfect person that doesn't rest and with unparalleled intelligence then we would not need changes and to eliminate items over time.

But sadly organization today do believe that there's a perfect person for a promotion based on past heroic.
