Abuse, a word we frequently and commonly associate with violence, use of force and some injuries involved is what comes to my mind.

But as education level of people around the globe gradually improves and get higher, in my opinion abuse has increasingly become silent. Of course, violent abuses still exist and unlikely it will go away as long as people continues to be divided by various elements

Silent abuse can be invisible and the damage moves from physical to mental. The one place where such silent abuse can be rampage is the workplace. When bosses have favoritism, constantly loading a particular employee with tasks sugar-coating with "shining opportunities" for senior leader to come to know you. Or dotted line reporting where one employee reports to one boss on paper but in fact have projects answerable to multiple bosses.

It is time that society takes a deep look of this true but under rated issue and issue a warning sign to all to Stop all form of Abuse, No more abuse for a better world. My personal opinion
