July, a wonderful month to have water sports of the year, as it is usually summer time, the sun brightly lights up the day, wonderful to be at the beach surfing and swimming.

John is an avid surfer with a tanned skin from all the sunlight he constantly received. but this year for John is different, he is experiencing the worst summer of his life. one that is totally different what he had expected at the beginning of the year.

He was hoping for a promotion this year to head of department in a company where he had contributed whole heartedly for the past decade of his career. He had great vision of his department should he be promoted.

Man proposes, God disposes, John is now going through some dark days in summer as not only did he not get his anticipated promotion, he found himself undergoing probation all over again at a new company, and to experience failure at his first outing as head of department on the new job and now having to ensure he works hard to defend his reputation in the industry and earn the respect of his reports in his current role.

He picks up his bible says a little prayer to God, for wisdom and strength to get through this.
