I think the idea of having a clinic for the poor is a great one, why is it so? It is simply nature, human nature of finding it tough to share our wealth unless it comes from windfall then it’s more likely to spend more casually.

Secondly, no matter rich or poor we will fall sick, and with fhat we need medical attention and intervention.

The poor is usually the group with the less resources thus seeking medical help is tough for them. Thus having a clinic for the poor would be of great help to them.
