As we interact more with the younger generation, it is important to know what interest them and what appeal to them the most to be able to gain their interest and their participation.

It is important to know that this is a generation that grew up at a time where technology is very mature and advanced. They have internet of broadband speed with fibre cable, handphone of full screen without keypad.

They learn information through searching on the net. A totally different setting and method of growing up from earlier generation.

As such, things and methods that appeals to other might no longer appeal to them thus we have to stay creative to appeal to them.
