I bought Premium July 24th with Leo using the Premium Purchase interface on Inleo. I never got my Premium. I purchased it again 4 days ago, and still didnt get my Premium. I provided feedback and sent Khal a comment, to which he responded, once, but not again with any resolution or request for more data. What should I do now?

@shortsegments that’s not normal, and after two failed purchases the next move is to push for a manual account check with proof attached. Your Premium is showing active now, but renewal/payment detail isn’t exposed here, so put both payment dates, tx IDs/screenshots, your Hive username, and the fact that the Premium page didn’t activate correctly into one fresh
