[EN/PT-BR] A different Saturday: a day to teach and have fun!

Today was a very different day for me. I believe some of my close friends have already seen that I helped my cousin @geovanna-gg join Hive. I even mentioned it to some of them and showed them on our Brazilian community Discord that we have another member.

She was very excited about the possibility of posting photos and getting paid for it, because, as I told her, she already posts photos on Instagram or elsewhere, but she doesn't get paid for it. So, she could do what she normally does today, but she would get paid for it, in addition to learning about our blockchain and the decentralized network.

So, the new thing for me was trying something different. Instead of just explaining everything remotely, I went to her house, where she lives with her mother and grandmother (that super nice lady) who appears in the photo I'm posting here. I hadn't seen them in a while, so it was good to get out of the house for a bit, breathe new air, teach her about Hive, and, well, have fun in the process.

Anyway, today was quite different, and this is the picture of the day! It was good to go to a place where I felt welcomed, where I could talk and laugh a lot. It was really fun teaching Geovanna things and seeing her faces at the terms as I said them, and how funny it was to see her reaction as I explained everything, haha.

Hoje foi um dia bem diferente para mim. Acredito que alguns amigos mais próximos já viram que auxiliei a minha prima geovanna-gg a entrar na Hive, inclusive comentei com alguns deles e mostrei no nosso Discord da comunidade brasileira que temos mais uma integrante.

Ela ficou bem animada com a possibilidade de postar fotos e receber por isso, pois, como disse para ela, as fotos ela já posta no Instagram ou em qualquer outro lugar, mas não recebe nada por isso. Então, ela poderia fazer o que ela já faz hoje normalmente, mas receberia por isso, além de conhecer a nossa blockchain e a rede descentralizada.

Com isso, a novidade para mim foi tentar fazer diferente, no lugar de somente explicar tudo de longe, remotamente, fui à casa dela, onde ela mora com a mãe e a avó (essa senhora super simpática) que aparece na foto que aqui estou postando. Fazia um bom tempo que não via elas, então foi bom sair de casa um pouco, respirar novos ares, ensinar sobre a Hive e bem, me divertir no processo.

Enfim, o dia hoje foi bem diferente e essa é a imagem do dia! Foi bom ir em um lugar onde sou acolhido, onde pude conversar e rir bastante. Foi bem divertido ensinar as coisas para a Geovanna e ver as caretas com os termos enquanto os dizia, e como era engraçado ver a sua reação enquanto explicava tudo haha.
