This is your constitutional crisis; 'constitutional crisis' generally refers to a situation where the state's constitution cannot resolve a problemListen then, a slightly different story. In a kingdom there was a strange rule. Every five years, the king would be changed. The rule was quite harsh—after ruling for five years, the king would be taken to a desolate island in a deep forest, from which no one ever returned. There was no food there, only the fear of wild beasts.

Many would become kings, enjoy luxury for five years, and in the end, go to that island crying. But once there was a young king. He was very clever. In the first year of his reign, he went to that terrible island and had all the jungle cleared. In the second year, he started farming there. In the third year, he built a wonderful house and roads. In the fourth year, he sent skilled people and animals there.

When the fifth year ended, the people of the kingdom came to send him to the island as per tradition. While other kings trembled in fear, this young king was smiling. The people were astonished and asked, "Why are you smiling? Do you not know what will happen to you?"

The king calmly replied, "Others were only concerned with the present as kings, while I prepared for my future. The island everyone thought of as hell, I have turned it into my paradise."

The moral of the story is the time life grants us is not just for enjoyment, but for preparing ourselves for what comes next. Today's hard work alleviates tomorrow's crises.
