Is this partnership? By partnership, we mean the collaboration of two or more people in a business. Besides that, partnership has many other meanings. Today, I will tell you a beautiful story.

On the banks of a river lay the village of 'Shobojpur'. There lived two friends—Akash and Nibir. Akash was very hardworking and an expert in cooking, but he didn't have enough money to start a business. On the other hand, Nibir had some savings from his father, but he couldn't manage any work by himself.

One day, Akash said to Nibir, "Friend, I can make very good pickles. There are plenty of mangoes and olives in our village. If we start a pickle business, we will make a lot of profit." Nibir thought, "I do have money, but I don't know how to make pickles. Akash has the magical touch." He said, "Okay, I will provide the capital, and you will provide your labor and intelligence. Whatever profit we make, we will split it evenly."

This understanding between them is what partnership (Partnership) means. They made a written agreement and named the shop 'Bondhu Achar Ghor' (Friend Pickle House). Akash worked tirelessly day and night to make wonderful pickles, while Nibir took care of the shop and sales. Within a few months, their pickles became popular throughout the area. However, the path of business is not always smooth. One time, a heavy rain ruined some pickles in the warehouse. Akash felt very disheartened. Nibir then said, "Don't worry, friend, we are partners. Just as we shared the profits, we will also bear this loss together."

They didn't get discouraged and started working anew. After some time, they expanded to a larger shop and took on another partner who was skilled in delivering products online. In this way, their small venture transformed into a big company.

Trust in each other is the foundation of partnership.

Best regards

Thats a fine partnership arrangement. But in most cases some partners usually feel that they contribute more to the success of the partnership and may threaten to get a larger share of the profit thereby bringing an end to the business.
