17 June 2026,daily writing prompt:So healthy!

In a quiet village named Rupur, there lived a boy named Aranya. Aranya was a very lively and intelligent boy. But he had one big problem—he did not want to eat vegetables, fruits, or home-cooked healthy food at all. He only enjoyed chips, chocolate, burgers, and cold drinks.

Every day, his mother would say, "Aranya, eat some green vegetables, eat fruits; that way your body will stay healthy." But Aranya would take his mother's words in one ear and let them out the other.
After a few months of this, it was seen that Aranya could not run around like before. He would get exhausted even after playing a little. He could not win in any games at school anymore. His friends did not want him to join in games because he would get tired very quickly. Aranya felt very sad.
One afternoon, feeling down, Aranya was sitting under a big mango tree. Suddenly, a strange sound came from behind the tree. Aranya looked and saw a small magical robot standing in front of him! The robot was completely green, and two glowing English words were written on its chest—"So Healthy."
Aranya asked in surprise, "Who are you? And what is that written on your chest?"
The robot said in a mechanical yet sweet voice, "I am the 'So Healthy' robot. I come to help those kids who are losing their body's real strength by eating unhealthy food. Aranya, do you want to regain your inner superpower?"
Aranya replied, "Superpower? I don’t have any superpower! I get out of breath just after a little running."
The 'So Healthy' robot smiled and said, "Everyone has a superpower in their body, but it needs to be awakened with the right fuel. The fuel for your body is nutritious food. If you follow the three magical rules I give you, you will become 'So Healthy' (very healthy)!"The robot then taught Aranya three magical rules:
The robot added, "If you eat these regularly, you will gain such strength in your body that you will win any race!" Saying this, the robot disappeared.
Aranya thought, let's give it a try! From that night onward, he started eating the vegetables, lentils, and bread made by his mother. He made it a point to eat a banana or an apple every morning. He completely said 'no' to chips and cold drinks. At first, it was a bit difficult, but within just two weeks, Aranya noticed a magical change in his body. He no longer felt lazy when he woke up in the morning. His energy seemed to have doubled.A month later, the school's annual sports competition took place. Aranya entered the 100-meter race. When the whistle blew, Aranya began to run with the speed of the wind. His friends were amazed to see that the Aranya who could not run a little while ago was now first to cross the finishing line, leaving everyone behind!
As everyone applauded and congratulated him, Aranya looked up at the sky and silently said, "Thank you, So Healthy Robot!"Since that day, everyone at school would not tease Aranya for eating chips and chocolates; instead, seeing his wonderful health and strength, they would say—"Aranya is So Healthy!"

While outside delicious but unhealthy food gives us temporary joy, it weakens our body. To be successful and agile in life, we should eat nutritious food and lead a healthy lifestyle every day.

Vegetables are so important for getting vitamins that give you strength, but I understand; my children also had trouble eating some of them, and as they grew up they learned to eat them. Excellent contribution. Hugs
