Friends forever

When life bends beneath the weight of sorrow and the sky seems too heavy to carry, friends arrive like quiet sunlight through a storm-torn window.

They do not always have magical answers, yet their presence becomes a shelter. They sit beside our silences, gather the scattered pieces of our courage, and remind us of the smile we forgot we owned.

For a long time, I have not been keeping well. The days felt heavy, and my thoughts often wandered through clouds of sadness. Some mornings felt harder than others, and even simple things seemed distant.

But today, something changed.

A few friends called me in the morning. Their voices carried warmth, concern, and a quiet reminder that I am not walking this road alone. It felt as if someone opened a window in a room that had been closed for too long.

Their words did not erase every struggle, but they brought back a spark of hope. They reminded me that even on difficult days, there are people who care, people who believe in me, and people who gently pull me back toward the light.

Today, because of them, I found the courage to do something, to move forward, to try again.
