Thanks! It has become a good daily habit to keep track of some things the first thing in the morning with a journal style and it generally has really helped to "not drift away" too far once bad habits pick up. It reamains a big challenge though to navigate through life avoiding all the temptations of food and disctraction while putting in the effort to stay as healthy as possible.
