I am not familiar with what happened, nor am I saying I should know about it; your explanation is the first I have heard. But yes, there will be more Hive in these transactions.
Whether this will raise the coin's price or value, I don't know. We will see.

The HBD printing for rewards is limited by the HBD debt ratio... When it goes under 20%, we will continue getting HBD as a part of author rewards...
