I find dental work to be stressful, and exhausting. My daughter just had a tooth pulled, and developed ulcers where the numbing agent had been injected. She was in excruciating pain for a few days until she could get back in to see the dentist. She is taking antibiotics and serious pain meds now, and gradually getting better. I hope you are feeling better soon.

This abscess has been going since at least October but the antibiotics have done the trick on the intensity. Now that it has no food the pain is going away pretty quick. I DO have a wallow in my bone so it won't be an instant heal. I used to refuse the dentist as I despise the pain but I've had to learn the pain from the fix is better than the stubbornness and constant pain. I had 5 teeth out 2 years ago and got dry sockets from it that was like my head was being squished in a vise, worst pain of my life, which is why I should have realized what this was FAR sooner.
Hope your daughter heals fast, this stuff is no fun.
