The 2025 One Word Challenge

In the closing statements of the New Year's Eve #ama today I discussed a practice called ONE WORD #oneword

The objective is to think about the coming year and ONE WORD that resonates with you and can be a foundation or a guiding principle for the year.

I will share mine and a brief description in why..

  • Bravery

My #oneword for 2025 is bravery due to the fact that when looking back on the last year or two nearly everything I'm disappointed in has been because I either played to small or played scared.

So now in 2025 every time I become hesitate or shy away from an opportunity or an interaction I can lean on this word and really glean if it's fear or prudence that has me pausing.
