If I personally think about a particular career advice which was completely wrong and I realised it on my own was obviously going to be about the fact of just putting our total attention to one particular career and making it stable enough so that we can just stick on to it and never be looking on to any other thing and focusing or complete attention to that particular career that we have picked.
It has always been something that I was wondering as I was a teenager because it was a very big thought in my head about which is going to be the career that I am going to be picking and it has been one of those particular aspects that I asked to other people as well and when I was actually thinking about it many people actually give me a lot of thoughts on this particular aspect but over the years that have been a lot of things that has revolved which is actually going to be making sure that the environment that people have been developing themselves in his also something that is changing.
Something relevant today might not be relevant in the upcoming years and this is something wishes absolutely natural and we have seen it in many cases as well because of which it becomes even more difficult to be having a straight forward career path and getting this particular advise at a young age about picking just one career and focusing all our remaining years on to it was something that very quickly started to show its flaws as it was completely not going to be going as per the way which it is supposed to be going.
The surprising fact about this particular career advice is that it is something that is very commonly given by a lot of people and many people believe in it which makes it something that is quite socially accepted but at the same time in reality it is something that is not always going to be guarantee a lot of the things that it has within itself which is something that we need to be thinking about.
We always have to be very much flexible in our life because if we are rigid enough in the career choices that we are making be might actually becomes successful but in reality that might not be something that can sustain and especially in the world that is revolving so rapidly every no and then we have to be keeping ourselves ready to adapt to different situations and that is something which every one has understood in their lives.
We can never be actually trying to make ourself rigid with the passion that we have built or even the skills that we have built over the years because it is something that is going to be dedicated by the week the market is working at that point of time which is something that is never going to be saying the same and there will be a lot of changes which will happen now and then and according to that we have to be shipping our career choices as well if we want to be sustaining in this market.
That particular advice of sticking to one kind of career to be making a stable job might have been acceptable and also might have made sense in the past because previously there were companies which were very much stable and Technology was not so rapidly evolving as well which is why it was something that people believed in as well and it was also something that was actually showing positive results as well because of which people did not adapt to different situations and always try to make themselves better at the same thing which was very much rewarding in the past as well.
But right now in the present there are a lot of changes that are happening every now in then which is something that people are also implementing in the life as well which is my they are continuously switching industries which there involved in every few years because today stability is not something that is what people are chasing but they are always looking forward towards growth and which ever field is offering that they are always going to be looking forward towards it.
The way modern careers and the choices are made are based on the fact that it is always going to be evolving now and then and it is also not going to be a straight road like it used to be in the past but it is always going to be much more about the adaptation to different changes that are happening and also not falling under the pressure which is going to be just following one particular thing and saying rigid on it for the rest of our life because it is obviously something that is not going to be working in real life.
