There are many such situations in our life when everything seems to be a bit too much and it all seems a very difficult situation to be finding and way through it and navigating through such tough times is not very easy and the biggest trouble that we face in those situations is going to be the fact that we are not able to be mentally stable to be even thinking of ways which we can be implementing to be moving out of it.
The mental stability that we lose that point of time often gets reflected through our emotional breakouts and that is something which is going to be essential in that particular situation because it is going to be controlling most of the things that we are going to be surrounded with and once that gets to be something that gets out of control we are left with almost no options and one of the best things that we can be doing is trying to be reassuring ourself in a very different manner which is going to be a great option to be at least trying.
This is a kind of situation that many people find themselves in and it is definitely something there is a Complex one to deal with and one of the most common solutions that people implement in the situation is to be trying to be kind to themselves and also lie to our self in a very kind manner and that is something that can be very polite and something that can be very much deceptive and we know the fact that day or not real but we still want to believe themm because of the severity of the situation that we are in.
Kind lies can be very much helpful because they can be getting in our brain very instantly and can often help to be that particular thing which can help us survive moments which seem to be unbearable and even if it is one of the most untruthful thing that can be there to exist but in that particular situation it feels to be something that is only what we needed.
One of the most common lies that I have told to myself in the most kindest manners to be trying to survive a particular situation is to be just simply saying myself that I am okay even when I not and the situation that I am a part of something that is during me up every single second from all the sides but even then I try to reach your myself that I am okay and I am going to be making out of this.
It seems to be very harmless but the fact that I am actually out of energy and even out of motivation in that particular situation which seems to be the end of everything and in those particular movements when we are fleeting away from everything we just need a little bit of Hope to cling on to and even this little and harmless lie that we can tell to our self can be working wonders and that has been a real thing which has work for me quite a lot because I was overwhere at that point of time and needed a little bit of support and I tried to give it to myself.
Lies can often be quite helpful as well because they can be very much deceptive to be taking us away from the reality that we are a part of and in many particular situations when we are not able to deal with them such kind of positive illusion is a great thing to be offering to our ownself because getting out of such situations is not easy in the first place but at the same time if we can at least makers feel that the reality is something else then we can gather a little bit of mental courage that is extremely necessary to be surviving in those situations.
However at the same time such kind of Lies can be very much hurtful to our self as well because once we try to get involved in such a mind set like the one that I have developed to be trying to help myself and say to myself that I am okay even in those situations when I am not and in that particular method I just got into a situation when I try to just convince myself that everything is ok and I am also okay but it was something that was feeling to be as a mask that I was wearing in those situations after bit of time and it was extremely heavy to carry after a certain point.
There can be two sides of using such a lie in different situations because it can be very much helpful and even essential in those desperate times which can be be very helpful to be getting us out of that situation or at least giving us that mental strength but at the same time when that situation gets through and we are often in a similar kind of situation doing that over and over again can definitely be something that might not work and the same time can be having a negative impact as well.
In the end it is all about how you are using those particular things in your different situations because it can be quite helpful and give you the things that are necessary to be surviving those Harsh conditions and can help you to walk for another day but at the same time it is also something that can take you away from reality so much that you might start to believe in the deception so much that it becomes your reality which is something that can be white around perception to be having which is something that we should be very much careful and thoughtful about.
