There are a lot of things that we are actually involved in every single day and each one of them demands which is something that we have to make sure and also make it in such a manner that we are not wasting or energy on think that are not very important to us and ultimately there are many such decisions that we have to make based on that about the things that we have priority upon.

However at the end of the day there are different kind of exhaustion that we often experience as well which can actually be the ones that are going to be because of the physical activities that we do or even the mental stress that we get to experience throughout the day but there is a certain kind of exhaustion that we are not you unable to explain why it is existing and what is the source of it and it is something that is obviously a very special kind of exhaustion that we get to experience.

Many such things actually drain energy out of us which is something that we are often not able to identify in the best manner but at the same time there are a lot of such things that we are aware of which are actually draining our energy but the same time what we are doing is actually to pretend that it is not affecting us and that is one of the silent killers for us in terms of our energy and makes us feel drained.

There are huge number of things that we actually pretend to not acknowledge and among them one of our habits that surely leads quite a lot in this figure of being the source to dream our energy is obviously going to be your mind set of just pretending that we are fine even when we are not and this is a particular habit that we have accepted at such a huge level that we don't really care even if we are actually broken down completely we are just going to pretend that everything seems to be perfect.

It has a lot to do without social conditioning as well and the way society is actually working and it has been promoted so much that we have to be strong enough and also not really care much about the issues that we are dealing and stay completely dedicated towards the things that we actually have to be achieving has made this mind set a kind of normal aspect with an hour hand and that is something which we keep on following as well but ultimately it is something that is harming us in a very deep manner.

When you are not really acknowledging the things actually happening with us and the impact that it is causing which is actually influencing our emotions quite a lot and instead of handling them we are choosing to suppress them and also pretend that everything is fine we are actually putting a lot of stress and pressure on top of us and in that particular situation it be consume more difficult for as to deal with all of the Other aspects that we have to and they become even more challenge in for us then they should have been and ultimately it is a very much dangerous thing to do for our own self.

Pretending to be fine when we are not ex actually going to be a very much harmful thing as it is going to be piling up on each other every single day and once it reaches a particular threshold the moment it is going to break down it is going to be an absolute Chaos for us which is obviously something that we could have very easily avoided by simply handling the situation in a much more relevant manner rather than just not even acknowledging it which is something that we all often get to be a part of and that is something which is why we always feel drained even when we don't really have a very particular reason to be so.

Most of the time we are not actually tired but we are actually feeling the pressure of these particular things which is actually a result of our own action as we are draining out our energy just because of that additional amount of anxiety and pressure which we are taking upon our own self that we could have easily just avoided but choosing to surprise and not really face the situation as it is causing this whole scenario of us leaking energy.

This is something that we should be acknowledging right away and making sure that this is obviously something that we stop doing as well because pretending something is going to be most harmful for our own self rather than anything else even if we have any kind of reason which we think is more important we should be reconsidering towards a massive extent and choosing our own self rather than actually making us susceptible to these kind of aspects and ultimately causing negative influence towards our own self.
