One of the most natural things that we come across in our life is going to be a particular habit that comes to us as an Instinct within our ownself that is of comparison itself which often is a particular thing that we are going to be involving in every single thing that we can do it and this is something which we not get done all the time by our own as it is something that gets done many times on its own as well.
It is something that is always going to be a part of our life and will be always present in the background itself and regardless of whatever we are doing at that point of time but the thing about comparison is going to be about the fact that if it is something that is going to be used for or is it something that is just a particular habit that we get done and it is going to be something that will be and negative aspect to carry in our life because there are differently a lot of factors that I need it to be considered for this.
Comparison surely can be a great thing that can actually help us recognise a lot of things which we are not able to see very clearly as we are going to be able to notice the things that are different in terms of the same aspect which we are involved in which is be done by the people as well that is going to be giving us a little bit of a clarity yes well about what are the things that are needed to be done by us to make sure that the gap is fulfilled.
We need to understand the fact that comparison is something that comes to us in a very natural manner and we are not always going to be doing it by ourself as it happens to be one of the things that is a particular mind set within ourselves that is going to be the evaluation that we do of our own worth is being done by comparing outside to other people around us and that is going to be giving much more clear image about the value that we have and this becomes to be even of the biggest reasons why we do comparison in the first place.
Comparison can surely be quite useful in many ways because it can surely be helping us use as a particular benchmark that we can be implementing for a growing ourself as when we are looking at people who are more experience in a particular scale which we are trying to learn comparing ourself with them can give us a clear path which we need to be following to get to that stay and also it can be motivating us to be better and reach there stage as well.
Apart from that comparison also reveals a lot of other things as well that we might not be able to notice because someone else has already travelled on that path and achieved the things which we are trying to do and doing comparison in that regard is going to be helping as gain much more insights that can be quiet helpful for us to be giving in relevant efforts to make it happen.
But comparison is always not going to be so healthy as it is always so having its toxicide with itself because when we are comparing ourself to someone else we are not always going to be comparing it with the same stage that we are at and the stage at which they are which is going to be creating a lot of difference and that can definitely put us in a very much anxious state and make a feel that we are falling behind which is going to be making us feel much worse about our ownself.
The lifestyle which we all are living today is actually in terms of been involved in social media which has amplified comparison to a massive level which is something that is happening at every single time and it is getting done every second which we are living and that constant comparison is also putting a lot of stress on us to be making sure that we are actually trying to achieve all the people have already achieve as we see a lot of highlighted aspect of other people's life on social media.
One of the best things that we can actually do in terms of comparison is going to be with our own self as it can be done in the regard of what we used to be in the past and what we are currently which is going to be one of the best comparisons that we can ever get involved in because we are going to be notice in a lot of changes and differences and the things that we have achieve which is going to be giving us a much better perspective about the growth that we have made.
At the end comparison is surely going to be quite I useful aspect if we are using it healthily but once it crosses that line it can surely be a much more problem at aspect to have within our life rather than be just a useful thing that we can actually utilise at every given point of time which is something that we need to realise and use it most carefully as well which is not going to be something that we get influenced by.
