At the same time, it is going to be sometimes important to look at the decisions that we never made, and there can be regret attached to them a few times as well.
There is a very deep way with all of us about the regret that we have for the decisions and choices we never made because there is always going to be a certain thing which is going to be regarding the decisions that we made wrong or the outcomes that we received from the decisions were not matching the intention that we had but on the flip side it is all about sometimes the decision that we never made and that regret is something that is very quiet and is always going to be something that never get the similar kind of attention as other things but at the same time it is quite important as well.

The most important thing is to be pinpointing the actual reason why it is still bothering us as it can be one of the initial steps that is extremely important to be moving towards the journey of healing and once we have done that we should always be looking forward towards for giving ourself as there was a chance that we didn't make and it is not the end of the world for us yes it could have been a lot more different than what it is right now but in reality we are having something else completely so wasting time about lamenting for something that could have been is surely not a thing that we should be doing and we should always be trying to just look ahead and move on from it and also try to make ourselves believe that we are never going to be letting that happen again.
The amount of pain and regret we feel in the certain situations is extremely powerful and we should be looking forward towards utilising it in the best possible manner and that is something which we can be using as a lesson from this particular event as a whole which is going to be extremely important for us and that surely can be one of the most important lessons that we can learn in our entire live which can be the thing that we should extract from this whole scenario rather than regretting about what it could have been.
At the end of the day it is only going to be the one who is going to be responsible for all the things that we do as well as the things we don't do and that is something that we should be always making us realise and make us believe that we still have control over everything that we are bowling to be doing and their can be certain things that we miss even though we knew about it and we could have done something else completely than what we did and accepting all of these facts and trying to move on is something that is what we need to be doing and to do that we should be looking forward towards figureing out the thing that work for us in the best possible manner and not remain stock in a particular position.
