The digital world that we all live in today is something that is much more connected then what it used to be and being connected is something that is becoming a necessity with everything I'll passing day and all of this is pushing us towards a more digital immersive experience into Technology itself which is something that is getting integrated in almost every aspect of our life and as a result we are seeing that we are slowly getting addicted to technology itself.
Every single minute of the day, we are using some technological device, and that is something that is taking up a lot of our attention of time. It gets even more difficult to be stepping away from the screen itself because the constant buzzing notifications do not let us have that moment to get away from them and keep us glued to the screens itself and all of this is creating a Lifestyle which is getting us much more involved in the technological aspect which is quite harmful as well.
It is quite important to be disconnecting from Technology once in a while for sure because the constant environment in which we are which is filled with technology itself is having its own set of benefits which is going to be keeping us entertained as well as connected and a lot of other things is well but at the same time it can also be a very big source of our stress and it has been provin by many scientific research as well that the digital life cell that we all are living these days has definitely impacted our attention span quite a lot and also made our sleep quality go down quite a lot.
There are different things that people try in order to be disconnecting from the technology and there are very different strategies that people implement in order to get it done and there are different things which are working for every single person but whatever the things that we do it is going to be very much essential to make sure that we can stay away from technology and try to Detox a little bit because it has become much more important today as not only it impact our health but a lot of other things as well which makes it even more important to be done.
If you ask me that what implement to Detox a little bit and completely disconnect from tax for a while then my easiest responses going to be going out in the nature itself and that is something which has work for me almost everything will time because of my house without my phone or any device itself it makes me look at every single object around me as well as also try to just focus on every single thing such as a tree or even the birds moving cars and the other people as well and in that particular environment I do not have any notification to respond to or even the constant thought of checking if my food is warm enough in the microwave.
Nature is one of the best things to be done in this particular field because it has always provided and opportunity to be having a great chance to enjoy in the vast open fields as well as also not having anything else to think about which makes it great particular place as there are a lot of small things that we do not pay much attention to that are around us and while we are doing this particular habit we are bound to be thinking about those small things which is going to be really good experience.
I am very much involved with many devices throughout the day which is something that is needed for my work as well and that is what makes my life cell quite hacked as well because almost all of the time I have to be in front of a screen and doing something or the other thing and there is almost no real good opportunity to be used to be getting away from it and utilising until bit of time to just have no thoughts and my brain and nothing to think about.
And all of this makes it much more important for me to have that particular chance to disconnect from technology and have a little bit of a deep breath, where I have a very clear mind from everything that is around me. Technology today feels up-to-date with a lot of information, and very easily it gets overloaded with it, which makes everything look a lot more stressful and puts a lot of pressure on us.
There are many benefits of disconnecting from Technology every frequent time when we get an opportunity because it not only helps us have a much better mental space but also it is needed for us as well because many of our creative ideas are only going to be coming to us if we are having a very good and clear mental space which is going to be coming if we are away from any kind of distraction and things that we have to be giving a lot of thought about.
That something that we need to understand is that disconnecting from Technology doesn't really require a forest or anything extreme but it can be just done by doing even a simple activity which we love to be doing and also just having a 10 minute walk around a park or even the simplest of activities can help us relax a little bit which can be your Detox for everyday as well which is something that we should be figuring out and also trying to implement now and then.
