Our modern lifestyle is very hectic as it has a lot of things to be taking care of and we have to ensure that we are reaching all of the Expectations as well as meeting all of the deadlines and also trying to be the one for people the way they want us to be like and waiting for the proverb from people and all of this is definitely going to be building a lot of pressure around us which surely is going to impact us which we can't even think about and that is something which is definitely causing us to lose a lot of mental Wellness as well as the peace which we actually deserve.

Inner peace is choli something that has become a very rare thing to achieve nowadays acid has become so rare to achieve it is something that people have even stop talking about but surely never stopped wanting it as it is going to be something that is going to be created by us only and it can be done through a lot of small things that we can make sure to be connected to our own self and those practices can surely be very much effective as well.

There have been a lot of things that I will looking for in order to achieve a bit of peace for myself as well and there are going to be a lot of things that I am going to be shared with you all that work for me because stress is surely something that can be very harmful and have a very big impact on everything that we are involved in and that is why we definitely need to be putting all of those things the side and try to achieve a stage where we can be feeling peaceful in.

What are the best things that anyone can be doing is to be going quite for a while and we can do it on a very frequent basis as well and do it at least once again when we are devoting a couple of minutes for our own self when we are completely quiet and just alone with Arun thoughts and thinking about everything around us as well as about us because we are important as well and that is something that I need to be making all self realise and disconnecting with everything around us can be a very good thing to do.

There is a lot that is happening all around us and moving away from all of that for a little while can be very much affected because it can definitely grant us some time and some opportunity to think about everything and in most of the cases we actually find a better way that we have never implemented for all of those things that definitely help us achieve a better result for that particular situation and all of this can only happen if we are getting away from all of the things around us for a little while and trying to connect with ourself.

I personally used to have a certain kind of thought within myself which was like when I am doing nothing it was something that I was wasting sometime and that is something that I am not been productive in but that was a thought which definitely meet me feel a lot more pressurized rather than feeling more productive because it has made me realise that I definitely need some sort of chance to reset as well and after that I have also done a lot of such things when I am doing nothing and there is something which is really great thing to be doing had because rest is something that is completed different but staying still and doing nothing is also different kind of peace and that is something that is worked for me at least and I feel very much very much energetic to get involved into another task after that.

Another habit that I have changed in myself and health me immensely is definitely going to be listening to my own thought and choosing to say yes or no without any other factor that involves shame or any kind of pressure but choosing what I personally want to be doing and that is something which is really very helpful because doing something under the influence or pressure of something is surely going to be very much depressing and that is definitely going to be very less helpful for us rather than just been trying to be likeable by others it actually might be doing something that we might have not done and that is something which we should be avoiding at all costs.

We need to understand that piece is something that is not an achievement or something that once achieved is going to last forever we have to be trying to build it and also maintain it forever with our own habits and our actions that we can be implementing in order to do that and there is something which can be very helpful for us in many ways which show you going to provide us a lot of benefits and outcomes dait vi my have never imagine can be possible at well and also help us to be in a better state of mind.
