In many terms self isolation with something great to be done because it can have a lot of positive impacts on us as it can provide us that opportunity to reconnect with our cells and gather the emotions that we might have lost and also have a bit of see through within us about what are the things that we have been missing and the things that we have been facing and having those deep conversations with our self esteem going to be a very great thing to be done.

In as much as people will love to isolate themselves just to recuperate, it isn't really a good thing, even if one find peace in it, one can be addicted and at some point feel like he didn't need anyone again
Surely it can have it's own set of drawbacks but if somethings works for someone if works. There's nothing right of wrong when people feel good about something in general terms.
