Communicating our thoughts with other people as well as making other people able to understand what we are feeling concerning our emotions and a lot of other aspects is what communication helps us to achieve among Each Other which is why it is effective method for making a lot of things happen but at the same time it is not such a easy process to be done because there can be a lot of such circumstances where people can get the wrong meaning which we never intended and that can cause a lot of problems.
This whole experience is known as misunderstanding asset is commonly subjected to something which yearly is not so welcome state that anyone once them to be in because it is a very big baggage to be carrying as it can be one of the most frustrating human experience that anyone can never have because it is something that can be existing in almost every aspect of our life which can be our relationships as well as our place of work or even any basic human interaction can have it.
Misunderstanding becomes even more Complex when we are not even able to explain what we meant to the other person and at the same time that other person is also not to willing to listen to what we are meaning to say and all of this is going to be causing a lot of frustration and there is not an easy option to be utilised to cope with all of the mental stress that it causes.
Misunderstanding is a very hard thing to carry because it can have a very big emotional baggage on us. After all, we continuously keep on thinking that we never did anything wrong or even meant anything negative, but still, we are seen as someone who did all of those things, which is why it surely is going to look like a thing that is completely denying our truth in our face.
Whenever we are interacting with someone and trying to poetry our thoughts we are already coming from a lot of fears that we have conquered which were kind of the ones which we felts scared of such as of being judge and a lot of the things as well and after all of that we are portering a thought to someone which in the end gets misinterpreted and based on that misinterpretation we are subjected to a lot of complex cities which is going to be cause because of it.
There can be a lot of reasons why misunderstanding can be a thing that can exist in the first place but one of the most crucial ones is going to be the lack of proper communication among people because that is the base of any kind of miss understanding as we are not able to properly explain what we meant and they are having a different definition about the thing that we said because of which they assumed a different meaning of whatever we said and all of this is a very good recipe of chaos and misunderstanding.
Apart from that we also need to understand that every single person is coming from a different place and assuming that they are going to be having the same kind of things such as what we have experience in all of our life is something that is not right and based on all of those experience is deck and have different meanings to the same thing which is why there can be a very big difference in the definitions of a lot of things which can be different for us and can be extremely different for the other person and that is also a very big cause of misunderstanding as well.
It is something that is extremely common and we can be facing it in very big situations as well but one of the first things that we should be doing its to trying to explain to them that whatever they are understanding is not what be meant and trying to explain them the correct version but there can be a lot of situations when we are not able to explain it to them or even deyar not ready to listen and ine those particular situations what we need to be doing ise trying to control over emotions in tye best possible manner because we can feel very much frustrated as well as we can also get very instantly a bit emotional as well and that is something that we need to be controlling.
One of the first things when any kind of misunderstanding happens we should always be looking forward towards regulating or emotions in the first place and then just try to have a bit of moment with in our ownself because the situation has already become a lot Complex and then try to just clear out of the clouds of confusion with that particular person and that can be done in a very gentle manner like by asking a few questions related to the topic trying to get them back contract and den making them realise that whatever you meant was something different then what they thought it to be and that assumption is something that often get clarified in this manner.
However when situation gets even more Complex and they are not just ready to understand it we should not always get over involved in that particular situation and at a point of time we should always realise that it is not something that we are bound to be fixing because if they are not even trying to get into it we should think of letting the situation go and maybe come back later at a better time which is going to be having a little bit of improved environment we can be having that conversation which will be truthful rather than pushing it at that particular point of time.
One of the biggest problems with misunderstanding is the fact that it is going to be us only who are going to be suffering the most because the inner struggle is something that we often overlook quite a lot lot but is surely something that we are going to be struggling with. After all, we will always keep on making ourselves feel guilty of the situation that we are in right now, but we need to realize that we try our best to explain the situation and make it bett, er athere nd would have been a little bit of a thing that could have been different, but it was surely not our fault.
