So today's topic is how people overthink a lot and leave their present living and this is also a very bad thing. Why because if you keep on overthinking in the present time and keep on thinking about what will happen later. Nothing will happen to me, then you are spoiling your present. It is better than that, instead of overthinking, do some work. Develop some skill due to which you can see what will happen or your future will be good and this is a very common thing. Today, people have to face a lot of problems like depression, anxiety in their present by overthinking and those people do not understand this thing. Gradually, as they start working, then they understand that this thing is wrong.

Girls often overthink when they have nothing to do, or when they don't work too much. For boys too, overthinking happens most often if you're unemployed and don't have a job. It's better to start doing some normal work. It could be household chores, but do something that diverts your mind. Learn some education; you don't have time to do overthinking. When your mind is distracted, engaged in a task, and completely focused on that, you won't have time to think. What people often do is get so caught up in overthinking that things aren't even going to happen. Even when they do happen, they imagine it, because it's incredibly wrong. It's unlikely that you'll suddenly become a victim of overthinking.

People don't know how to come to the present, how to live in the present. People always think about the future. They worry about the future. But if you don't keep your presentation on point, how can your future be perfect? ​​People can only secure their future if they make a lot of mistakes in their presentation. They overthink a lot. If they ask for failure themselves, they won't be able to move forward. Therefore, some distractions are necessary. For example, if you ever feel like this, if you are thinking or your mind is not completely diverted, then you should concentrate on one task. Do some work on your laptop or do some self-love. Do something. Start listening to music, but take your mind off that thing and make it beneficial for you because the wrong pressure that is increasing in your mind, which is not even necessary, starts happening.

When I see girls nowadays, I think that even I have never done so much work till date. They overthink so much. There is nothing to say about why. They start overthinking after class 10th exam itself about what to do in the future. How will it happen. If they do not get good marks, they forget to live their present. It was done in our time, not in 10th, we used to go on fun trips. But we used to look at the future, there is no future. If they start doing that, then taking so much tension will make your mind very frustrated. You've just taken such a difficult exam, and after that, if you start trying to refresh your mind, it's a mistake. Therefore, relaxing your mind a little and exploring new places is a good thing. If you study all day, and then only after the board exams, you'll become very frustrated, and you won't be able to study.

I've seen some people work because their families have a lot of money. Just after completing graduation, they're pressured into a job by their family. They're forced to do it this way, and I believe this can ruin you. You start to see yourself as a failure. Therefore, family members should also be given time to understand: if your child wants to pursue a business, let them do it. If your child wants to work, then give them some time. Let's say, a maximum of one year, to figure out what they want to do. What they want to study next is their own. If you force them too much, they'll start working, which will lead to severe depression. If, by chance, they don't get a job, they'll find something else. Doing all this is causing you a lot of harm. It's better to spend a year or two at most. If they don't pursue it after that, that's a different matter. But no girl or boy can find a better path for themselves within a year. She wonders to herself, "Why am I sitting at home? What good is it if I just do some work? She's not going to be able to do it herself. She's not even looking for something good to do. She'll do something on her own, so give her some time. Time will fix everything.

Some people overestimate themselves simply by seeing others' success or listening to them. Imagine a friend you hang out with, and something good is happening in their life. When they join a college or get good marks, you think there's something wrong with you. That's not true. Sometimes, the other person can progress more. This doesn't mean you should treat them like a failure or consider yourself a terrible failure. Better yet, consider the competition. Who else passed this month with a good exam? A better marksheet.
