The Power of Journaling: From Clarity to Confidence
So today's topic is "How journaling changes your life and your perspective." The first step is clarity of thought. Through daily writing, through our daily organized scratch thoughts, we notice patterns within ourselves that we didn't see before, perhaps unknown to ourselves.
These patterns reveal certain things about ourselves through journaling. Daily journaling provides an emotional release. Instead of blabbering in front of others, a journal is a safe place for us to write anything without judgment. We can say anything, do anything, and know that no one else will find out. This is the safest place for us. That's why, when we journal, we back up our writing to ensure no one else will know. It's for us, and it's for us. When we look back 10 years from now, we will notice this and we will realize that this also happened. In my life, journaling is an emotional release. It is an emotional safe place. It is also a self-reflection for us. When we look at our old entries, we feel that we have grown so much. We will not repeat that mistake again. We will always remember that mistake. We will remember what we have learnt from that mistake. So this is also a big help in that we get a self-reflection. We realized that we made this mistake on that day and we will not make this mistake in future because our lack of understanding weighed heavily on us.

Through Juice's journaling and diary entries, we also get a great scope for decision making in which we write down our good and bad things. We explore our feelings. We know and recognize our choices and we get a clear direction. We automatically give ourselves a clear direction that yes, I have to do this and I have decided this thing, because when we do joining, we keep writing down our feelings and when we read it once, we get that clarity. We get a direction that this is my mind, I should do this in this way and this will be better for me, so this is also a thing which is good for us.
Another help we receive is a mindset of gratitude, in which we write down our victories, even the smallest and largest. We explain these victories by writing them in a journal, thereby shifting our focus from negative things—complaints—to appreciation, and we develop a sense of self-confidence. A sense of self-confidence that, yes, I can achieve something in the future.
This also gives us a great boost. Our mindset gets a further boost. Our creativity gets a spark through freewriting. We achieve new history projects, bloggers, and personal goals. Our writing improves. Our spelling improves. Our way of talking, our way of writing, all those things in which we used to think we were weak. My English was a little weak earlier. When I started journaling, my school teacher advised me to journal daily so that my English would improve. It would improve. I started journaling from class four, and today my English is very good. I even topped my school in English, which is a very good student. I got 95 marks out of 100. So, this will also tell you that your English or your way of writing will improve significantly. It will also improve. You will get a booster in that.
Daily journaling also improves self-awareness. I also develop certain habits and thought cycles within myself. There are many thoughts inside me which have many such strategies. It has developed, with results that probably hadn't happened before. With the help of journaling, all of those things are being accomplished. I've started noticing. I've noticed many things about my habits—bad habits and good habits—that I probably wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't journaled. One really cool thing about me is tracking growth.

When we look at our old journals, when we read our own journals, we realize that the struggle and the hard work we put in doesn't last forever. Progress is real. We definitely get the results of the work we do, the hard work we put in. And this is what I've been saying for a long time: do less, don't worry about the results, because our old journals tell us that yes, I made a mistake. I did this, or I didn't know this. But I know that thing and I will not repeat that mistake again, so we get to see all this progress, this whole thing, which gives us self-confidence, self-awareness, and we get a great confidence and a great emotional support for ourselves that yes, I can do something and I will definitely do it.
I would like to suggest this to all of you who don't know how to share your emotions. Those who are afraid to share their emotions with anyone. My one advice is that you please start a journal. Your emotional baggage will be taken care of. You can definitely share your emotional feelings through it, and they will remain with you. No one will know anything immediately; you won't have trust issues. Yes, I have told you about others. All that stuff won't come up through it. You will develop a self-confidence, and when you read your journal two years from now or six months from now?
So you will get to know a lot about yourself. The habits that you have changed or the good changes that you have made in yourself. You will get to know about all these things and a thing like self-confidence and self-awareness will also come in you, so I would suggest you that definitely those people who do not know how to share their emotional feelings, you want to share, but you feel that someone or the other will talk about something, then please start general. Your emotional baggage will reduce a lot. Self-awareness, self-confidence, your habits, everything will become very good. Plus your writing skills, your speaking skills will also become very good.
