Today's topic is why the gym is so important for us and why it's a kind of investment. Many people think that the gym is an expense, or that you shouldn't waste money on it. Your parents might even tell you not to spend money on such useless things. This is completely wrong because the gym is an investment. You invest in it because you don't want to get sick. If you go to the gym, you'll get sick much less often because you're giving your body regular exercise. You're warming up your body regularly, giving it a workout so that every part of your body functions properly. This means you'll get sick less often, and your medical expenses will be lower. If you invest even a small amount of money here, say 10%, your life cycle and lifestyle will be better in the long run. Therefore, going to the gym isn't a waste of money; on the contrary, it's a way to save money.

The first point is that in today's world, we do most of our work sitting down. We spend the whole day sitting, which ruins our body posture and leads to bad sitting habits. Going to the gym is incredibly beneficial because when you go to the gym, your body posture improves. Your movement changes, which makes you feel much better. Your back, specifically your spine, straightens out. Exercise helps correct this, allowing you to sit for longer periods and work with greater focus. That's why going to the gym is so important and essential, especially in today's world where most people spend their entire day sitting in front of a laptop and in a chair. Going to the gym has become a crucial necessity.
Many people think that going to the gym will make our whole country weak or that we won't be able to do anything all day. This is completely wrong because many people also think that going to the gym will leave them exhausted for the rest of the day after their workout. They think their whole body will ache. This is true, but the pain will only last for the first few days because your body won't be able to adapt immediately. Then, gradually, if you do it regularly, it will become a habit. After that, you won't experience so much pain. In fact, you'll start feeling more energetic. The mental level you possess, or you could say your mental energy, will increase because going to the gym doesn't just improve your physical state; it significantly enhances your mental state as well. This will improve your focus, and your work productivity will also increase.

We need to learn discipline in life, like consistently waking up and going to the gym every evening or morning. This is a very important thing that we follow in our daily routine. This habit will also greatly benefit us in our other tasks. For example, my discipline is to go to the gym between 6:00 and 7:00 in the morning, finish my workout, and then start my day. What benefit do I get from this? The benefit I get is that when I do any work after that, I give more attention to it because I have developed discipline. My focus has increased, and I know I have to complete this work within a certain time. Because when you complete the work within that time, you feel a sense of accomplishment. You feel like you have achieved something. This is a very good thing, and many people don't adopt it easily. But once you adopt it, it becomes a part of you.
Many people expect to see immediate results after joining a gym or notice changes in their body right away. But there's something about the gym that gradually brings about life-changing results, such as tightening your muscles over time. As your muscles develop, the fat on your stomach will decrease. Everything happens very slowly, and many people think that everything will happen immediately after joining the gym, but these changes take a long time. You have to make many sacrifices. If you go to the gym and then eat ten puris (fried bread) afterward, what's the point? That's why discipline is crucial when going to the gym. Every gym trainer says that going to the gym is only 10% of the equation; the other 90% is your diet. You'll only see results if you eat properly.
