Surviving Vitality Amidst a Chronically Toxic Modern Lifestyle
Today's topic is how? How to treat a fast-paced lifestyle in a place where, honestly, everything is so toxic. We wake up in the morning to even more pollution. At night, we go to sleep; there's stress, noise, too many deadlines, junk food, pollution, overthinking, everything, and then we wonder why we haven't been able to become healthy. If you look back, people lived much longer than they do today, or you could say that the lives of those who lived in the past were much longer than they are today. They lived comfortably for 90 to 100 years without even working.

My own grandmother is 95 years old, and she's still incredibly healthy. The logic behind why these people lived such a healthy lifestyle, or even lived so long, is simple. The food they ate, or even where they lived, was much cleaner. It was a much nicer place, and much of the food they ate was organic and very clean. They drank clean, underground mineral water, and the milk and ghee they produced were all their own, which is why their lifestyle was unadulterated. In those days, every household had a sieve from which they extracted milk. They made everything from that sieve. These were the things that helped them live a healthy lifestyle. Villages often had a lot of trees, so fresh air would automatically flow in the morning.
In earlier times, there weren't as many. Vehicles didn't exist. Cars and bikes were common, so people didn't have a problem with pollution. But these days, all of this used to be a huge problem, and in earlier times, plant-based medicines were preferred. What's being manufactured in labs today, even small things that were so good in the past, are now completely useless, or you could say, very bad. The simple reason for this is that toxicity is being added to everything these days. Large factories emit millions of tons of pollution. They're dumping so much into the water, creating so many problems for us. Paid some tax and some more money, remain silent, and watch everything.
Food is very important. We live in ancient times. There's a huge difference between then and now. Food was more nutritious. People ate less fast food, or you could say fast food didn't exist at all. In earlier times, healthy eating meant much more than it does today. Back then, healthy eating was the norm. Everyone ate simple, heavy meals and didn't take any strong medications. They didn't eat anything else, and they ate as much as they could. The problem is that today's people have a very weak digestive system. People work all day sitting on chairs or in offices, so their physical activity is reduced to zero. In earlier times, people would bring kilos of cow fodder, or you could say, a lot, which made their bodies look like tandoors. Therefore, their digestive systems are also very good, and the water people drank in earlier times was underground water, which contained very good minerals.

People in the past had a very good sleeping cycle. As soon as the sun rose, because there was no electricity, they would go to bed early and wake up at 4:00 in the morning, which meant their work would start very early. Therefore, recovery was fast, and people would give their bodies as much sleep as possible. However, today's situation is completely opposite. People are sleeping only 4 to 5 hours, working all day, and staying up all night, which causes many problems. Therefore, adjusting your sleeping cycle as much as possible is something that will greatly improve your body. You may have heard many people say that as soon as the sun rises, stop eating anything, and this is true. People in the past also finished their dinner by 8:00 pm at the latest and then went to bed. But in today's time, it is a big problem for people to eat at 12:00, and all these things play a big role in digestion.
In earlier times, there was no adulteration in water and soil because everything was done in a very organic way. Farmers farmed their own land organically, and no one used pesticides or chemicals because there were so many pesticides in the past. Whatever chemicals were used, everything was organic. Water wasn't adulterated because there were huge industries, and air pollution was minimal because there were no vehicles in the past. But today, it's the complete opposite. Everywhere, the word "toxic" is used, along with the word "chemicals." If you ever go anywhere, you'll see that the food cooked in villages tastes much better because it contains little or no pesticides, because we ourselves bring it to the organic market. But you will see that the food you eat in the city has very little taste because it contains a lot of chemicals, and it is just a simple thing that the more good food you eat, the more organic food you eat, the better your body will be, and the more your body will be protected from toxic lifestyles, and we will not suffer from it.

Huhm, this is a very thoughtful and wonderful piece.
And of a truth, a lot of things are different in this generation of ours, more reason why we have more health problems than those in the past.
Thanks for sharing.

Wow this is beautiful, I totally agree with you when you said olden days people lived longer than This generation, and that is because they eat more healthy food than this generation, most of their food then were chemical free. Thanks for sharing.
