Jobs Give You Stability, Business Gives You Freedom

Today's topic is why business is better since every girl and boy dreams of setting up their own business and everyone's first thought is to do their own business, then why is it so? Why do people prefer business more since we get freedom in it, we can do our business as per our wish. Suppose if someone likes food then he can do his own food business. If someone likes clothes then he can do clothes business, people have their own personal opinion and when they do not get much freedom and whenever we do not get what we want, therefore all those people who have big dreams, they all go towards business.

The biggest problem is that when you have to work under someone and under a lot of pressure, which I personally don't like. I want a lot of freedom in such a thing. Business gives that freedom. There is more hard work in business. In reality, there is a lot of hard work involved in finding a job and doing a job. In business, there is a lot of hard work involved in starting a business. But if you look at the initial growth and long term growth, then business is much ahead. A lot more since and when it comes to income, then income is also more in business.

The initial investment in a business is quite high, and it costs nothing. Starting a business involves many challenges, from setting up your list to designing it to attracting people to the list, to attracting people, and for the first two to three months, you won't earn anything. When it is not like that at all, when your salary will come in your account on the 1st of every month and this is very simple, I mean normal life and it is very sexy. But business is not so sexy. But if you say that there is more money in this or in which other business, then a good hit business can give you so much money. That much money it will take you years to earn. What I mean is that if you have a salary of say 7 lakhs, then at the most it can become 10 or 12 lakhs in three-four years. But there is no guarantee of business. Your first year earning is 10 lakh rupees, but in the second year of doing business you earn ₹10 crores. Sometimes the business becomes very high. Sometimes there is a lot of work also. The income that you have in this business is very stable. It is very secure. You know that it happens slowly.

All the big names and top people of today have been in business, and they too struggled a lot in their early years, and there's a lot of grief. Like Namita, but Vinita, all of them. Fourth, you'll need a lot of money, so you'll have to sacrifice a lot. Not everyone can open a business.

If you talk about what a seeker is, of course, a job is a pass seeker, but when you're short on money, you're not that interested in business. But gradually, you'll build a brand value. Your friends will become stable. Then, gradually, they'll also become very interested. What I mean is, you know you'll get your salary every month. You'll get your salary on such and such a date. There's no idea in business. Some months you'll earn millions, some months you'll earn not even thousands. That's why there are so many problems in business.

But when I didn't have any problems, I learned a lot, but I didn't have that much freedom. There's so much freedom in business. You can do whatever you want. In business, you can do anything. You have to work under someone, be a slave to someone, and listen to scolding. But there's nothing like that in business. In business, you're the biggest person, and it all works within you. There's a real problem with that. While you'll get that stability, you won't get that income. However, business is unstable, but it offers a good income.
