Today's topic is Every small effect creates a big challenge. Change in life happens in every person's life. Be it success and respect or peace, there is change in everything and happiness too, but how should one reach it? Everyone thinks that to achieve something, we will have to take a big step. We will have to take a big challenge. But it is not like that. By changing something or the other in every single day, slowly and silently a consistent effect will start appearing in you.

If you are consistent in every single thing in which you have to learn something or learn some skill, if you are consistent in that. Every day you are doing something new. Suppose someone is studying. Every day you are reading 10 to 12 pages. While doing this, one day you will see that your English and the change in your speaking, because when you start reading, you will see an improvement. You will keep improving every day. You read something of 1800 pages every year and those are 10-12 books, so if you are reading for a few minutes or a few hours daily, then it will improve your habit a lot and you will find it a big achievement that you started by doing small things.
People start ignoring every small effort. They think that you will reach Big House, Big Salary and Big Sum instantly. But no one thinks about how you will reach there. Every person who achieved all these things took small steps. Can any person take his business to 100 crores in 1 day? Absolutely not. His first day business was not even ₹10. Gradually he makes his achievements and this thing applies everywhere. If you want big research then you will have to make small efforts for that. But nowadays people want to become rich in one.
Habit is something that makes you consistent and confident. If you develop a habit of something, even if it's not ₹100 a day, how much can you save per month? ₹3000, and much more per year. By doing this gradually, you will become a very good person. It will instill in you the need to save a little bit every day. By doing it gradually, you will save a lot of money. The best way to keep any habit consistent is to write it down on something and stick it on your wall. Every morning when you wake up, the first thing you do is say, "I want to save ₹100 a day, I want to read a book." What will happen to that habit? Your mind will remember that you have to do this, which will bring consistency in your life.

How will you change yourself with a small effect? You should focus on that thing where you are very weak like you are weak in your studies or in any relationship. Try that thing where you are weak. Start taking action from time to time in a few days to fix it. To bring yourself on track, keep your daily progress written down somewhere. By writing it down somewhere in the laptop and there is one thing which is most important. Being consistent is the most important thing to increase your skill in anything. Consistency, if you are not consistent every day then you will not be that perfect in that thing. Missing even a single day will make you feel that you have broken a chain and you will not like it. Therefore being consistent on that matter is the best thing.
If I talk about a real life example, I admire Virat Kohli a lot because he did not have that much money to buy good cut weights or to get good cricket coaching or to play in a good place. But he used to practice every day and today he has become the best cricketer in the world. Sim Elon Musk had his small company in which he used to play a small role, but today with his hard work he has created big companies like Tesla and SpaceX. That is why we tell you that every small effort mattered.
Keep doing all these things for 1 year and then look back and see how much you have improved yourself and how positive Manoj and your skills, mind set, health, confidence. All of that will increase and you will feel that this is just the beginning and you have to take it forward. That is why what I say. Always be consistent. Appreciate even small efforts and do each and every thing very consistently. Be consistent in whatever you take up. Do whatever you like but keep doing it always because if you do it daily. If you make it a habit then one day or the other you will definitely get success in that thing.
