Hi, I just checked your blog through my comment section and saw that you wrote this post. I want to use this opportunity to ask, is this the Batman movie that really explains Bruce Wayne’s story?

I’ve actually been looking for the Batman film that properly shows his origin… how he grew up as a rich kid, how everything happened with his parents, and how he eventually got all those tools and became Batman. I know Ra’s al Ghul from Arrow and the League of Assassins, so I’m familiar with that part of the story. But the Batman movie I tried watching didn’t really explain things in a straightforward way.

Does Batman Returns actually cover his origin story? I don’t think that’s the one that explains it fully. If you know the movie that properly tells Bruce Wayne’s story from the beginning, please let me know.

And by the way, this is a really nice post. Thanks for sharing!

Hello. No, this is Tim Burton's classic 80s-90s version that shows us almost nothing of the protagonist's story.

The one you're looking for and must see is the first installment of Christopher Nolan's famous, grand and unbeatable Dark Knight Trilogy from the 2000s, Batman Begins (2005). There he tells the complete story of Bruce Wayne, his beginnings, his trauma, his development, the origin of Ra's Al Ghul and his beginnings as Batman.

A true masterpiece. When I talk about Christopher Nolan's filmography, I will also talk about this trilogy, as it is one of my favorites of all the superhero movies I have seen to date. 1000% recommended, really.

And thank you so much for your support. 🤗
