Victory Belongs To Those Who Keep Moving

In the neighborhood where I grew up, there was this woman who owned a grocery shop down the road. The shop grew to the point that it became a household name within the neighborhood. But when the women started, it was not so. Observably, she failed more than once at the start of the business, but she did not give up, rather she kept going. Even when everything was suggesting to her to close the shop, she continued. She put in efforts until the shop succeeded. This goes to prove that success and victory belong to those who keep going even against all odds. You may not be experiencing what you expected, but it is not a call to quit, rather it means that you should keep going.

You have to understand that life may not be rosy or smooth, but may be full of challenges and moments of uncertainties. There are sometimes that the road may look too rough and difficult to continue. A point may even come when you will feel discouraged, tired, or even tempted to give up. But the sincere truth is that victory will not be gifted to you, but it is reserved for the people who will keep going even against all odds. Enduring to the end is what separates those who have succeeded from others. The people who have succeeded in various fields of endeavours also had their own challenges, but they kept going.

A lot of people start strong, but surprisingly, not everyone who started strong makes it to the finish line. You may feel excited when you start something, but when the excitement fades, what sustains you? Definitely, you will need determination and endurance to be sustained when excitement fades away. In your education, career, your workplace, and even in your family responsibilities, it is your ability to keep going even when things seem difficult and tough that will lead to victory and success. No one can guarantee that life will be without challenges, but you have a choice to keep going irrespective of the challenges.

Looking at it realistically, challenges are actually part of life itself. In fact, it is the presence of challenge that leads one to success. If there is no combat for example, there will be no conqueror. Opportunities, sometimes, come from what people call challenges. So instead of you to see problems in what is happening and become discouraged, it is better to look at the opportunities in it and then be encouraged to keep going. You should not allow a temporary problem to deny you of the blessings in life. Instead, you should turn the problems into something gainful. Learn from your struggles and use them as an encouraging factor to keep going.

The progress you want may not happen quickly, but it is sure to come. This is why you need to endure to the end. Sometimes, when people give up is just moments to their breakthrough. You may not know what is at the end of the tunnel if you give up midway. It is when you make it through that you will see the light at the end. In a racing competition for example, the price is not given at the start of the competition. It is when the race has ended, the athletes that made it to the finish line will be qualified for the price. In the same way in life, victory is certain only when you keep moving and do not quit.

During your endurance process, you have to carry the right mindset, so as to help make the journey lighter for you. You also have to be aware of where you are going to, what you are doing, what is in it for you, and the benefits you will get from it. When you know the reason why you are doing something, it will give the encouragement to keep going even if the journey becomes a bit difficult. It is a product of your mindset. You have to attach positivity to life, so that you will see the good things about life. There is no challenge that you encounter that does not have a positive side, even if it is to teach you lessons. But you can only see it if you have a positive mindset and perception about life.
